Sauteed Spinach with Mushrooms, Walnuts and Dried Cranberries

This one is pretty basic -- Saute a large bunch of Spinach in a big pan. I chose to add a bit of chicken broth to the pan to add some flavor. You could use olive oil with salt and pepper if you prefer. Add the mushrooms and if necessary, a little bit more of the chicken broth. When thoroughly cooked, add nuts and berries and toss lightly. Enjoy!
