Raspberry Peach Champagne Jam from Stonewall Kitchen

My first jam purchase from Stonewall Kitchen was probably the best jam I've ever tasted. Better than my homemade strawberry jam...better than anything I've tasted at the farmers market.

I popped 12 frozen premade rolls into a muffin pan, let them rise for 4 hours, and cooked them to chewy, starchy goodness.

As I was eating, oh about 8 or so of them, I kept looking at the 'band and saying "God, these are SO these are good," to which he would reply "Yeah I know, Ali, they are good, shit you've said that at least 8 times now."

Beh. The jam is amazing. That's the thing to take away from this.
