Garlic & Parmesan Chicken

Fallen Souffle posted the recipe for her "Keep the Vampires Away" Chicken on Halloween and I immediately got to work to try it out!

These are no doubt going to become a staple in my house, as bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and chicken are usually in stock. Very yum!

Or Garlic & Parmesan Chicken

2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup fresh, grated Parmesan cheese
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

2. Marinate the chicken breasts in a Ziploc with the olive oil and minced garlic for as long as you can mange. Dip in crumb mixture and bake for 30-40 minutes until thoroughly cooked through.

I did add a sprinkling with salt, as the chicken needed just a touch of it. Other than that, easy and perfect!
