Mushroom Pasta



Mushroom Sauce

1 cup rehydrated shitake mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream.
Noodles



Directions (for those who dare)
1. Cook mushrooms, onion and butter until tender.
2. Add flour, pepper and salt.
3. Add milk all at once. Stir until bubbly and thick.
4. Add sour cream, do not boil.
