Sliced Tomato (used a fresh, on the vine tomato)

Emeril transferred the egg onto the bread so nicely. I, on the other hand, dismissing my mise en place for snob-knobs, couldn't find a spatula for the life of me, and had to use a teeny tiny mixing rubber POS. My egg flopped around the plate and my cheese flew around me in a whirlwind. Not nearly as smooth as Emeril. But pretty tasty anway.
